Whats the difference between using chemicals or not on Texas bermuda lawns?

A brief video on the difference when using chemicals and fertilizers or not using them on your Texas lawns. 

As you can see, to the left there are a lot of weeds, not so much to the right.  You’re always going to get about 95% coverage when using chemicals.  This video was taken on a yard with Texas bermuda grass in the Fort Worth area.
